A new important recognition for Elettromeccanica Tironi in the competition "Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2010" organized by the Province of Modena.
It has been assigned to ETM an important "Special Mention" in the section "Quality and safety at work, human capital and relations with the employees" for the project "Wefare 2010" which intervenes as support for the employees' families with, among other things , the provision of vouchers, an offer of services and reimbursement of part the educational costs.

Autotransformer 250 MVA withstanding the short-circuit!!
At the Kema laboratory of Arnhem, in Holland, it was performed with positive result the short-circuit test of the prototype of an autotransformer 250 MVA – 230/135 kV for Terna Spa.
It is a special test that is aboslutely the most difficult one among all the ones that the electromechanical appliances can undergo, mainly for this particular type of autotransformer....continue
The Energy of the 50’s
The two-day event organized by ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI for Authorites, Customers, Suppliers and Employees in the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the foundation has just come to the end.
The event titled “The Energy of the 50’s” was the occasion also to open officially the new offices’ building of Via Emilia Est and of the new very high tension test room.
