The Energy of the 50’s

The two-day event organized by ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI for Authorites, Customers, Suppliers and Employees in the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the foundation has just come to the end.

The event titled “The Energy of the 50’s” was the occasion also to open officially the new offices’ building of Via Emilia Est and of the new very high tension test room.
On this regard, we hear the thought of the President Maurizio Tironi that will be the opening leader of the special number of Tironi News to be published shortly.

“It is difficult to me to write these lines without moving beacuse they will be the opening leader of a special TIRONInews: the one illustrating the events that took place during the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the foundation of our Company.

Doing that, I see again the pictures and movies taken during the events lived on October 22nd: the intimate one of the morning, during which the old employees have visited the company, welcome by the current employees; the institutional one of the afternoon , with the Authorities and the representatives of various Clients / Suppliers; the gala event of the evening, with the concert of the Rossini Choral in the Municipal Theatre Luciano Pavarotti, culminated with a dinner on the stage.

Doing that, come to my mind the demonstrations of affection of former employees and the expressions of surprise and satisfaction for the progresses made in these years, almost same as they were still belonging to Tironi: good example for young employees that on their side had tears in their eyes for the joy that they understood to give to the former collegues letting them touch with hands that their efforts had borne fruits and for the satisfaction to be part of a project future.

Also in the afternoon we have received so many congratulations that we felt more among friends than at the inauguration of major facilities. Thanks to all the participants to have contributed to create such an atmosphere with their participation and for understaning that we were also making a topic moment of the generational shift between me and my sons.

And in the evening the atmosphere has become magic not only for the music and the place where we had our dinner, but also for the favorable atmosphere among the participants.

Who has remained also in the morning of October 23rd and had the aooportunity to visit some departments kindly opened to us by the company FERRARI, has lived with us an unforgettable experience,
showing how far there is to go to become
an excellence in their own profession.

After so many years leading ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI it was
a great satisfaction, ut the greatest joy was to read in the eyes
of the participants the certainty that with
such Clients and Suppliers my sons will be able to go beyond.”
