Helping to live better

Since 2009, Elettromeccanica Tironi has implemented a structured program to financially support its employees. A set of interventions is in force with the aim of improving private life and work time of the human resources, supporting their purchasing power and contributing to their overall well-being: in two words, corporate welfare. With this initiative the Company has been willing to convey awareness and message of trust and responsibility.

The “Welfare ETM” project offers employees a common system of benefits that can ultimately be customized depending on each person’s needs.

Workers can choose between different options via the web platform:

  • Support programs for maternity or paternity
  • Social and health care services
  • Training or leisure projects

The welfare project is the iceberg peak of an already consolidated process in which some agreements with analysis laboratories, medical clinics, opticians or the so-called “shopping cart” had been created in favor of all ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI employees.
