Ethical commitment and social responsibility
The ethical and social responsibility commitment have allowed Elettromeccanica Tironi to evolve over time into a business system where quality of the products correspond to quality of the Company in a much broader way. Responsibility, respect, integrity, sustainability, passion and skills represent the synthesis of the Company’s founding values.
Social Commitment, in other words Corporate Citizenship, has always been an integral part of Elettromeccanica Tironi’s sense of responsibility as a company. These traditional method and mindset are strongly anchored to company values. Elettromeccanica Tironi promotes socially engaged projects in the form of the so-called social partnerships, especially in the surrounding areas of the Company.
The company provides financial support, with direct contributions in the form of donations and sponsorships, to sports clubs, choirs & orchestras, university faculties, schools, cultural associations and religious structures. Sponsorships is provided to organizations and initiatives that are part of the local heritage and represent positive points of reference.
When sponsorships are aimed at sports clubs, they are mainly addressed to those organizations engaged in promoting the growth and educational training of young people through sports practice. Elettromeccanica Tironi also promotes and organizes cultural and training events mainly in the technical field and collaborates with various universities, educational and research institutions.
