In recent years, a long series of installations of great global importance have made TIRONI a leader in this sector.
In particular, worth mentioning are the various supplies for the TGV in France, or the creation of the units for the first high-speed line in Morocco or the over 100 transformers in service for the Paris metro.
The production range currently reaches units up to 420kV voltage – immersed in mineral oil (even 100% recycled) or in synthetic or natural ester – and are normally divided into the following categories:
Transformers for the high-speed train lines – single phase units up to 420kV
Transformers for the subway system – three-phase units with double secondary
