Our distinctive principles

Elettromeccanica Tironi, with board resolution dated December 18th 2020, adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01. 231/01.
This Model aims at preventing the crimes provided for by the aforementioned Legislative Decree from being committed in the interest or to the advantage of the Company.
The Model also provides for the company’s Code of Ethics as well as adequate and proportionate sanctions that may be imposed in the event of a violation of the Model.
Thanks to the aforementioned board resolution of December 18th 2020, the Supervisory Body, ODV@tironi.com, was also appointed with the task of monitoring the functioning and observance of the Model and the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company.
In accordance with the provisions of the art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 24 dated March 10th 2023, to guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter and the reported person identity, as well as the content of the report itself, ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI has adopted reporting channels concerning relevant illicit conduct, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and/or violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model already adopted by the company as well as violations of European Union law (EU Directive no. 2019/1937 regarding the Whistleblowing Directive).
