Elettromeccanica Tironi is able to provide a complete after-sales service, from transport to installation & commissioning, including maintenance service for the whole duration of the product’s life cycle.
Transformers are usually transported by road or sea. One or more electronic shock detector is always mounted on each unit to verify weather excessive vibrations and/or shock occur during the transport.
Each destination and transport mean is analyzed by the technicians of Elettromeccanica Tironi and/or qualified local partners, in case of particular needs to access to the site.
Upon arrival of the transformer, the same technicians monitor the unloading and positioning operations and then provide for the complete reassembly of the transformer.
Once the transformer is reassembled, a specialized technician is sent to the site to verify the correct performance of the works by carrying out site acceptance tests (SAT), to check the correct protections connection set up by the customer and to assist them during the commissioning.
Elettromeccanica Tironi also guarantees an on-site assistance service for the maintenance of its products.
If a urgent intervention on the transformer is necessary, it is carried out throughout Europe, by specialized personnel, within a maximum of 48 working hours from the request. In particular cases, however, the company can undertake to carry out the first intervention within much shorter times and/or to sign a proper assistance contract.
