We are approaching the conclusion of the second edition of the Tironi Academy, a program that reflects our commitment to developing skills and investing in young talent.
Just over two weeks ago, a group of eight young participants embarked on a training journey that combined classroom learning with hands-on experience in our production departments.
Thanks to the contributions of our Production, Technical Office, Quality and Environment managers, participants explored key topics related to electrical transformers and the main business processes. The program was further enriched by external trainers, who covered essential subjects such as workplace safety, employees’ rights and responsibilities, and soft skills development.
Alongside the theoretical sessions, time spent in production allowed participants to closely observe the craftsmanship, expertise, and professionalism of our experienced employees.
We hope we have been able to share at least a small part of the passion that drives our work every day and inspires our commitment to excellence.
We look forward to welcoming some of these talented young people as future colleagues in our production departments.
