ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI, with board resolution of 12/18/2020 adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
This Model is aimed at preventing the commission, in the interest or for the benefit of the company, of the offenses envisaged by the aforementioned Legislative Decree.
The Model also provides for the Company's Code of Ethics as well as adequate and proportionate sanctions that may be imposed in the event of violation of the Model.
With the aforementioned board resolution of 18/12/2020, the Supervisory Body was also appointed, 
whose task is to supervise the functioning and observance of the Model and the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company.
In accordance with the provisions of the Article 4 of Legislative Decree no. 24 dated 10 March 2023, with the aim to guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity, the reported person as well as the content of the report itself, ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI has adopted reporting channels concerning relevant illicit conduct according to the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and/or breaches of the Organization, Management & Control Model already adopted by the company, as well as breaches of European Union law (EU Directive no. 2019/1937 regarding the Whistleblowing Directive).
