It seems like yesterday. But instead 365 days have passed since – during the celebrations for the 50th Anniversary and opening of the new test room
- ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI decided to establish three scholarships for the best students of the course “Electrotechnique and Automation” of Corni Institute of Modena
(one for the best student of the third year, one for the best of the fourth year and the last one for the best student of the fifth year).

This is the most concrete answer to the need of creating a connection between school and work.
The Company has not only kept the promise made one year ago, but it has also established a fourth scholarship for the last three years of specialisation of Corni Institute.
The occasion to celebrate the association school–work came out on Saturday 26th November, during the Science and Technique week organized by Confindustria.
Doing the honors was the Vice-president of Modena Industries Associates, Mrs Roberta Caprari, in front of which the best twelve students paraded: among these students,
four boys received from the President Maurizio Tironi their scholarships.  
This is the first act of what ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI hopes to become a long-standing tradition, as well as the best encouragement for those who demonstrate
interest and passion for this area of knowledge.
The fourth scholarship represented an award to a work on safety issues presente almost at the same time with another significant event
in the process of expansion and consolidation of the Company: the certification of its own Management of Health & Safety System according to BS OHSAS 18001.
