The new Company Integration Agreement has been signed for the three year period 2019-2021

It has been signed at the end of December the new Company Integration Agreement for all ELETTROMECCANICA TIRONI employees, leader in the design, production and installation of electrical power transformers, and of the Unitary Trade Union Representation of workers.

The three-year agreement, in force from January 2019 to December 2021, integrates the Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement. In fact, measures are envisaged which concern not only the economic aspects and the organization of work, but also the enhancement of training and safety at work, as well as the general improvement of workers' well-being conditions.

The main news of this new agreement is the decision to divide each year a budget equal to 3% of the EBITDA (the indicator of the operating profitability of a company) in equal parts for all employees.

This amount will be added to the other forms of welfare already present in the company and to the traditional Result Bonus, calculated on productivity indices, pro positivity, presences and quality.

"We have chosen to take this path, investing a significant portion of the company budget, because we believe it is important to involve all employees in the development of our company", explains Maurizio Tironi, President of Elettromeccanica Tironi. "We want to have the maximum unity of all the staff, who work every day in the company, in sharing the ambitious goals that the property has set itself, making the most of the huge investments made in recent years. New challenges await us that we can only win if we face them all together”.
