The current difficult situation linked to the Covid-19 pandemic has given a significant acceleration to a project that had already been in place in Elettromeccanica Tironi for months: the possibility for all our Customers to participate in the official FAt remotely, connecting via a dedicated website.

Both Power Transformers’ test rooms have been equipped with a system of different cameras (4 fixed and 1 mobile) which allow the unit under test to be kept under constant control and, on request, to check some particular in detail.

A continuous connection with the control room also allows the client to speak with our technicians and get an overview of the data acquired.

We are sure that this tool will be of fundamental importance in these months where mobility is severely reduced but it can be a valid substitute for the “classic” FAT thus allowing a significant saving of time and costs to the end customer without having him to renounce the necessary checks for acceptance of the transformer.
